Minwoo Kim is CEO of INIWORLD Co. in South KOREA, and a member of Sungkyunkwan University DEU-Enterprise Partnership Program. My R&D academic background is physical science and I majored in physics at Korea University. Prof. Wenxian Yang received the Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China, in 1999. He completed his postdoctoral research at Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, China, in 2001. He was with the City University of Hong Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong; Nottingham Trent University, Nottingham, U.K.; Cranfield University, Cranfield, U.K.; Durham University, Durham, U.K.; the Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult, Blyth, U.K; and Newcastle University, Newcastle, U.K. He is now a Professor with University of Huddersfield. His research interests include marine and offshore renewable energy, signal processing, machine condition monitoring, and artificial intelligence in both industry and academia. Professor Yang also focuses on ensuring the safety of fixed foundations for offshore wind turbines by designing countermeasure devices to combat scour caused by tidal currents. Additionally, he strives to improve the power generation efficiency of wind and tidal current turbines by pioneering biomimetic airfoil/hydrofoil technologies. His efforts extend to increasing the economic viability of offshore floating wind turbines through the development of motion-stable floating platform technologies. He is currently the Associate Editor of IET Renewable Power Generation, Springer Nature, and Frontiers in Mechanical Engineering.

Karl is a leading authority for deep geothermal energy globally, a passionate climate change advocate, clean tech start-up entrepreneur and thought leader in this space. He is the co-founder and CEO of CeraPhi Energy and Chairman of the board of GEAA (Geothermal Energy Advancement Association). Dr. Lauretta Rubino is an internationally recognized expert in environmental engineering and sustainable mobility, with over two decades of experience in emissions control, clean technologies, and innovation management. She is the CEO of VERT Association in Switzerland and the founder of LR Consulting in Germany, specializing in clean mobility solutions and EU environmental projects. With a PhD from Imperial College London and a Master’s from the University of Toronto, Dr. Rubino has held key technical and leadership roles at Stellantis, PSA Group, General Motors, and the European Commission. Ronald Stein, P.E. is an engineer, U.S. Citizen, energy consultant, speaker, author of books and articles on energy literacy, environmental policy, and human rights, and Founder of PTS Advance, a California based company. He advocates that energy literacy starts with the knowledge that renewables, like wind and solar, do different things than fossil fuels. Renewables only generate occasional electricity from unreliable breezes and sunshine but are incapable of supporting the supply chain of products and transportation fuels demanded by today’s societies and economies. Ronald is an Ambassador for Energy & Infrastructure, policy advisor on energy literacy for The Heartland Institute, The Committee for a Constructive Tomorrow, and National TV Commentator- Energy & Infrastructure with Rick Amato. Dr Woo has a BS and MS in mechanical engineering, and he has obtained PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M. He majors in energy system such as HVAC and heat transfer, the optimal design and control of refrigerator, reliability design of thermal components, and failure Analysis of thermal components in the marketplace using the Non-destructive such as SEM & XRAY. In 1992.03–1997 he worked in Agency for Defense Development in Chinhae, South Korea, where he has researcher in charge of Development of Naval weapon System. He was working as a Senior Reliability Engineer in Refrigerator Division, Digital Appliance, SAMSUNG Electronics. Now he is working as associate professor in mechanical department, Ethiopian Technical University.

Professor Eugene S. Mananga research interests span a range of topics in condensed matter physics, materials science, computational chemistry, and nuclear medicine. Specifically, his research more recently has focused on controlling the spin dynamics in solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and using computational methods based on density functional theory (DFT) to characterize materials systems in fuel cells, batteries, and energy storage. Dr. Mananga notes that the combination of advanced solid-state NMR spectroscopy and DFT allows untwining the complicated structure of various materials such as catalyst ZSM-5 zeolite, which is used in the conversion of biomass into other products. Professor Mananga multiple appointments reflect his interdisciplinary research.
